-Cylinders of homemade pasta stuffed with asparagus au gratin

-Cardoons Ravioli in a white Chianina meat sauce

-Lamb ribs au villeroy and slices of browned artichokes

SECOND COURSE:

-Lamb leg stuffed and roasted guinea fowl with potato crumbs

DESSERT:

-Colomba stuffed with vanilla ice cream from our own production and chocolate fondue
